A b-e-e-e-g house for a b-e-e-e-e-g family plus their add-ons!
An eight-bedroom house with a study, a gymnasium, and three living rooms. The main bedroom also has a pyjama lounge, with a fourth living room upstairs for the family to enjoy some private-time.
All the rooms are extremely spacious without concerns that the bulky bedroom furniture might not fit. All the rooms have lots of cupboard space, of which most of the rooms boast with at least 6-door cupboards, and the main bedroom with 14-door cupboards.
Apart from good security, the property also comes with two solar geysers connected to a pressure pump, a 500 litre water storage tank.
An ultra-modern kitchen with solid wooden cabinets, and granite counter tops, is a real spoil for the mother of the house. But wait, this house does not only caters for her, it also has three garages for dad`s big toys, with a drive-thru to the swimming pool area.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool is a little neglected, but could be fixed up in no time.
This house is absolutely perfect for the entertaining family who are used to sheer luxury and a high-end lifestyle.
Call as soon as possible. I cannot wait to show you this magnificent house.
